Responsibilities
- Knowing deep down the clients and their businesses
- Establishing trust and raport with the key contacts
- Drafting and aligning the shipment contracts, annexes, supplementary agreements and other documentation with the clients and the supplier
- Regular interactions with the supplier in China
- Coordination of the pre-press process (designs, color proofs, etc.) with clients and the supplier
- Coordination of planning, placement, shipment and delivery of orders
- Consolidation of purchase orders forecasts, orders delivery status, tracking timely payments
- Interaction with transport companies and customs
- Declaration and certification of imported goods
- Handling quality claims
- Managing documents flow
- Executing other professional requests of the manager
Requirements:
- Ready to consider truly bright graduates with no experience. If you are smart and ready to learn fast, we are ready to teach you the witch craft.
Otherwise:
- Work experience as a customer service manager (B2B) at least 3 years
- Experience with industrial packaging is a big plus
- Experience with design and pre-press of artworks is a big plus
- Experience of working in or with major international FMCG companies is another plus
- Great oral and written English (C1+ level) is a must have
- Good oral and written Chinese is more than welcomed (will help a lot)
- Proven document flow management skills
- Great coomunication and listening skills, empathy
- Friendly and positive personality is a must have
- Fluent with Microsoft Office and major office apps, digital native
- Neatness and attentiveness to the last little detail in font 6
- Ability to solve problems and achieve results despite all obstacles
