Account Technical Manager (Offset printing inks)
Position to support sales team to increase sales volume and level of customer service in Moscow region.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- BU sales developing via high quality regular customer support (Offset printing)
- Introducing and managing the technical cost saving projects
- Test and trial making during the tender processes
- Developing of the long term partnership collaboration with the client’s technological departments and key people
- Technical trainings and troubleshooting.
- Working up analytical reports, preparation and carrying out of presentations
- Reporting
- Cooperation and communication with RU and EU colleagues in the technology issues
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree
- At least 3 years of experience in the technical support or technical sales on the B2B market or experience on position of the technologist of the Offset Company.
- Knowledge of the corrugated production is a very good plus.
- Knowledge of X-Rite equipment and software as well as prepress processes is an advantage
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to define customer pain and solve the problems.
- Independences in the area of responsibility.
- Advanced PC-user
- English (intermediate level)
